MVP Producer Desk is a private internal business dashboard operated for Michiana Health Insurance. It is not a public consumer service.

Information MVP accesses

When an authorized owner connects QuickBooks Online, MVP may access only the bank-account names and current account balances needed for the Financial Snapshot. MVP does not request or display account numbers, transaction details, customers, vendors, invoices, payments, or other accounting records.

How information is used

The information is used only to show a read-only cash-on-hand snapshot to the authorized internal user. MVP does not use QuickBooks data for advertising, sale, profiling, or public sharing.

Storage and security

QuickBooks OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored server-side only. They are never placed in browser JavaScript or committed to source control. MVP does not write, alter, reconcile, categorize, transfer, pay, invoice, or otherwise change QuickBooks data.

Sharing

MVP does not sell or disclose QuickBooks information to third parties. Information may be processed only by the services required to operate the authorized MVP deployment and QuickBooks Online connection.

Retention and access

Connection tokens are retained only while an authorized connection is active and may be removed by disconnecting the application or deleting the local token store. Financial snapshot data is refreshed on demand and is not used as a long-term accounting archive.

Changes
