MVP Producer Desk is a private internal tool operated for Michiana Health Insurance. Access is limited to authorized users.

Authorized use

Use MVP only for legitimate internal business operations. Do not share access with unauthorized people or use the tool to access a QuickBooks Online company you are not authorized to access.

QuickBooks connection

Connecting QuickBooks Online is optional and requires authorization by a user with the appropriate QuickBooks permissions. MVP’s Financial Snapshot is intentionally read-only: it retrieves bank-account names and current balances only. It does not create, update, delete, reconcile, transfer, pay, invoice, categorize, or modify QuickBooks data.

Financial information

The Financial Snapshot is an operational convenience, not an accounting record, bank statement, or financial recommendation. Verify balances and accounting decisions directly in QuickBooks Online and with the appropriate financial professionals.

Security

Keep device access, account credentials, and QuickBooks authorization secure. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly through the contact information published at michianahealth.org.

Availability

MVP depends on local devices, internet connectivity, and connected services. Availability and displayed data may be affected by those services, authorization status, or temporary outages.

Changes

These terms may be updated as MVP evolves. Any material expansion of QuickBooks data access or capabilities will be reviewed before implementation.
